The responsibilities that come with your account, club and competition.

The service
QourtX provides web tools for badminton clubs, members, teams, leagues, divisions, fixtures, scorecards and standings. Club-night attendance, calendars and reminders support that work. QourtX’s published company details are Daniel James Glover Limited, registered in England, company number 14497468. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected].
Your account
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. Use only accounts and administrative permissions you are authorised to use. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.
Club and competition responsibilities
Club administrators maintain their memberships and team records. Captains record lineups and results within their permissions. League organisers set competition rules, place teams into divisions and decide disputes or exceptions.
Check a generated schedule before publishing it. Scheduling suggestions do not reserve a venue or guarantee that a player is available. Agree changes through the fixture process and check the current date before travelling.
Results and decisions
A saved scorecard draft is not an official result. Confirmation or an organiser’s resolution determines which result contributes to standings. Corrections can change the table. The software supports the competition’s administration; it does not replace the organiser’s authority over eligibility, disciplinary decisions or sporting rules.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse other people’s information, submit deliberately false records, interfere with the service or attempt to access information without permission. Invitation codes and private calendar links should only be shared with their intended recipients.
Your information
Only enter information you are authorised to provide. Our privacy policy explains how account, club and competition information is used. Contact your administrator about club records and contact QourtX about the operation of the service.
Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted or changed. Check that important edits show as saved and that a result has reached the intended status. A device draft or an email reminder should not be treated as proof that a result is official or that a fixture has been accepted.
