Create an account and verify your email, then sign in to set up your club. Add teams and players, or create a league and season if you are organising a competition.

The organiser shares an invitation code. A club administrator uses it to enter a team, and the organiser allocates accepted teams to the appropriate division.

No. QourtX works in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Native iOS and Android apps are outside the current MVP.

Levels, Mixed, Mens and Ladies badminton competitions. Organisers set formats and points before publishing the season. Starter rules can be adjusted to suit your competition; check them against your league’s current rulebook.

Access follows the user’s role. Club administrators manage their club, captains prepare their team and scorecards, and league organisers manage competitions, divisions and schedules.

Unscheduled fixtures and conflicts remain visible so the organiser can adjust constraints or arrange them manually. Generating a schedule is not a guarantee that every combination of dates and courts is feasible.

Captains can propose a change for the opposing team to accept. Organisers can manage fixtures too. Accepted changes update the fixture and its calendar feeds.

Yes. You can create recurring club nights and track attendance. Automated player rotations, matchmaking and venue wallboards are outside this MVP.

After a submitted scorecard is confirmed. The opposing captain can dispute a result for correction. An organiser’s points adjustments carry an explanation.

Yes. Save a draft and return to it before submitting. A draft does not affect the official table, and stale revisions cannot silently overwrite a newer scorecard.

Subscribe to a private team or personal calendar feed. Fixture changes and cancelled club-night occurrences appear when your calendar app refreshes. This is a one-way subscription: editing your calendar does not change QourtX.

QourtX supports in-app and email match reminders. You can manage your email notification preference in settings. Obsolete reminders for changed fixtures are suppressed.
