Who to contact
QourtX is the data controller for the service. Contact [email protected] about your personal information. QourtX’s published company details are Daniel James Glover Limited, registered in England, company number 14497468.
Information in the service
Your account includes your name, email and sign-in information. Club records include memberships, team roles and player registrations. Competition records include fixture dates, lineups, availability, game scores, results and organiser decisions. Club nights include attendance responses. Session information can include your IP address and browser details.
A club administrator may create a player record before that player has an account. Ask your club administrator if you need to correct a club record.
Why it is used
This information supports accounts, club administration, competition entries, scheduling, score reporting, standings and reminders. Activity records help explain changes and resolve disagreements about a fixture or result.
Who can see it
Access depends on your club and competition role. Administrators and captains can access information needed for their responsibilities. An organiser can make competition information public. Public league pages may show teams, fixtures and results; personal availability and account details are not public league content.
Service providers process information needed to operate hosting and transactional email. A private calendar subscription link gives access to that calendar: treat it as private and revoke it if it has been shared unintentionally.
Cookies and device drafts
Sign-in uses cookies to maintain your session. If you edit a scorecard, your browser can hold an unsent draft under your account on that device. A device draft has not been submitted to the league. Signing out offers a choice to save or discard unsent work.
Your choices and requests
You can change reminder preferences, update information available in your account and revoke calendar links. Contact the privacy address to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise an objection about how your information is used. Applicable rights and any need to retain competition records depend on the circumstances of the request.
This page does not specify a fixed retention period for every record. Contact us to ask how a particular account, club or competition record is handled.
